Document Code: ADV-LEGAL-PRIV-01 · Effective Date: June 27, 2026
AdVanta LLC (“AdVanta,” “we,” “us”) respects the privacy of visitors to our website, our clients, and the individuals whose data our clients ask us to process in connection with advertising campaigns. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.
1. Scope
This Policy applies to: (a) globaladvanta.com and related properties; (b) our client-facing dashboard; and (c) personal information we process on behalf of clients in connection with running their advertising campaigns. Where we act as a service provider / processor on behalf of a client, that client’s own privacy policy governs its collection of end-customer data, and our processing is governed by our agreement with that client and Section 7 below.
2. Information We Collect
| Category | Examples | Purpose | Source |
|---|---|---|---|
| Account & Contact Data | Name, email, phone, company, billing address | Account setup, billing, and support communications | Provided directly by client/visitor |
| Campaign Data | Ad account IDs, ad spend, performance metrics, audience targeting parameters | Ad campaign delivery and ML optimization | Advertising platforms (Google, Meta) via client-authorized connections |
| Website Usage Data | IP address, browser type, pages visited, cookies | Website operation, analytics, and our own marketing | Automatically collected via our website and analytics tools |
| Lead Data | Information submitted by end consumers responding to a client’s ads (e.g., name, phone, email) | Delivering leads to the client (service-provider role) | Lead forms, landing pages, and call tracking on behalf of clients |
3. How We Use Information
- To provide, operate, and improve the Services, including our ML optimization models;
- To communicate with clients about their account, campaigns, billing, and support requests;
- To generate aggregated, de-identified insights used to improve campaign performance across our platform;
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements; and
- To market our own services to prospective clients (for information collected directly from website visitors, not end-consumer lead data collected on behalf of clients).
We do not sell personal information. AdVanta does not sell personal information to third parties for monetary or other valuable consideration, as “sale” is defined under applicable state privacy laws.
4. How We Share Information
- Advertising Platforms. Campaign and audience data is shared with platforms such as Google and Meta as necessary to run and optimize advertising campaigns, subject to each platform’s own data use policies.
- Service Providers. We use third-party vendors for hosting, analytics, payment processing, and similar functions, under contracts that limit their use of data to providing services to us.
- Clients. Lead data we collect on behalf of a specific client is shared with that client as the core function of the Services.
- Legal Requirements. We may disclose information where required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of AdVanta, our clients, or others.
- Business Transfers. Information may be transferred in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections.
5. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
Our website and client landing pages may use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to measure ad performance, remember preferences, and analyze site usage. Where required by law, we present a cookie consent mechanism allowing visitors to accept or decline non-essential cookies. Visitors may also control cookies through their browser settings.
6. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (for example, under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA, or other applicable U.S. state privacy laws), you may have the right to:
- Know what personal information we have collected about you and how it has been used and disclosed;
- Request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions;
- Correct inaccurate personal information; and
- Opt out of the sale or “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising (noting that AdVanta does not sell personal information as described in Section 3).
To exercise these rights, contact us using the information in Section 13. If you are an end consumer who interacted with a client’s advertisement and wish to exercise rights over your data, we may need to direct your request to the relevant client, as they are typically the controller of that data.
7. Our Role as Service Provider
For lead and campaign data processed on behalf of clients, AdVanta acts as a service provider/processor. We process such data only as instructed by the applicable client and our service agreement, and we do not use it for our own independent purposes (e.g., to build models for other clients) without appropriate aggregation, de-identification, or contractual authorization.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Campaign and lead data is generally retained for the duration of the client relationship plus twelve (12) months thereafter for reporting and legal purposes, as further described in our Data Protection Compliance documentation.
9. Security
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. See our Data Protection Compliance documentation for further detail on our security program.
10. Children’s Privacy
Our Services are not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will take steps to delete it.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Effective Date” and, where required by law, additional notice will be provided.
12. EU/UK Individuals (GDPR)
If we process personal data of individuals located in the European Economic Area (EEA), Switzerland, or the United Kingdom, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and/or UK GDPR apply in addition to the rest of this Policy. We process such data only where we have a valid legal basis, including performance of our contract with a client, our legitimate interests in providing, securing, and improving the Services, your consent (for example, for non-essential cookies), and compliance with legal obligations.
In addition to the rights described in Section 6, individuals in the EEA/UK have the right to:
- Access, rectify, or erase your personal data;
- Restrict or object to our processing of your personal data;
- Receive your data in a portable, machine-readable format;
- Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent, without affecting prior lawful processing; and
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority or the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
Because AdVanta is based in the United States, transferring personal data from the EEA/UK to us involves an international data transfer. Where required, we rely on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum as the legal basis for such transfers, together with appropriate supplementary measures.
AdVanta has not appointed a formal EU or UK representative or Data Protection Officer. Our processing of EEA/UK personal data is occasional, does not involve large-scale special-category data, and is unlikely to result in a risk to individuals’ rights and freedoms, consistent with the Article 27 GDPR/UK GDPR exemption. To exercise your rights or ask questions about our EEA/UK data practices, contact us using the information in Section 13.
